TPA has a lot of new features! You can now download new TPA Trial and purchase Business or Academic license.
Manage Your Data
In the data module you can enter or import various data of the team:
  • Data from assessment tools (e.g. personality tests, ability tests, knowledge tests).
  • Demographic data (e.g. gender, age).
  • Organizational data (e.g. job position, team membership).
  • Other data about individuals (e.g. KPIs, popularity).
To manage the data you can use basic functions as to sort data or filter them and advanced TPA features as setting weights of characteristics, missing data replacement etc.  To analyze all the data just click on "Analysis".
